• Source Materials: means the complete source code from which the Software is compiled. Source Materials shall include the fully commented source code and internal system documentation for the Software, as well as all other materials, in both machine-readable and hard-copy form, which are used to develop or test the Software.

2. Registration Requirements

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Membership and Communication

This agreement may not be assigned by the user without prior written consent from accurix.

12. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.

13. Force Majeure

accurix shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

15. Survival

Upon termination of this agreement, certain provisions shall continue to apply as necessary.

16. Refund and Return Policy

We have a strict no-return or refund policy. All purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
